Who I am

Hi, I’m Susana — a Venezuelan-born makeup and hair artist who has called the United States home since 2002. My passion for beauty began in childhood, inspired by the strong women around me and my earliest memories of playing with lipstick in the mirror at just six years old.

What began as a childhood fascination grew into a lifelong passion and career. After completing MAC courses and advanced masterclasses, I graduated from the Academy of Glam by Victoria Duke in 2022, where I received hands-on training in special event, bridal, and editorial makeup, hairstyling, henna, face painting, and special effects.

In 2026, I had the honor of bringing my artistry to the world of pageantry. In July, I worked as a Hair Artist for Miss Florida, followed by the incredible opportunity to provide hair and makeup for Miss America in August. These experiences have been meaningful milestones in my career and have allowed me to work alongside talented women and beauty professionals on some of the most prestigious stages in the country.

For me, beauty is about more than makeup and hair. It’s about how a woman feels when she looks in the mirror and sees a confident, radiant version of herself.

My mission is to create a calm, luxurious experience where every woman feels comfortable, confident, and beautiful. Whether she is preparing for her wedding day, a special event, a photoshoot, the pageant stage, or simply a moment for herself, I want every client to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

I believe beauty isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about enhancing what is already there and giving you the confidence to show up fearlessly.
